One Time Package Setup Fee Includes:

• Two User Accounts - Two seperate people (you designate) will be able to access your data independently. All activity such as record additions, changes or deletes are tracked by user. Each user can have varying degrees of access control. Each user has their own login ID and password.
• One Main Table - This package includes one main data table that you can store your mailing list, and other important information in. You are not limited by the number of fields or records inside this table.
• Two Relational Tables - Relational tables allow for maximum use of database design. With the ability to add relational tables you won't be duplicating data entry and wasting your time. For example, if you had a database of contacts and you wanted to input or track all the purchases by contact, we would add a purchase relational table. This allows you to add only the purchases made per contact instead of reentering all the information again. Another example would include, if you had a donor list and wanted to track all the single donations made by contact. One person may make three or four donations and you may want to be able to input donation amount, date of donation and other information such as notes per donation entry.
• Time & Date Stamp - This feature allows you to see the time and date for every data entry transaction done per user in the system. You can run reports on this information and know exactly when a contact record in your table was updated or added and by what user.
• Edits & Additions - This feature gives you the power to make edits to existing records in your database 24/7 from the Internet. You have the ability to add new records in real time saving you from outsourcing data entry to immedia. If you choose to outsource data entry, we are still here to key those in for you.
• File Sourcing - All records for each table are coded with a source name. This allows you to go back and see where the record came from. For example, if you had a table for your marketing mailing list, you may want to code it "Marketing2008".
• Delete Capability - Gives you and your users the power to remove unwanted records in real time. This saves you from having to outsource data entry costs and reduces worry about unwanted records getting mailed or called to.
• Search on a Single Field - You will be able to search on any field in your file, but this gives you an extra search parameter that you define. We setup what special search you may want to run on a regular basis and build it into your interface.
• Two Custom Reports (Single Grouping Level) - With two reports at your disposal, you have unlimited ability to generate valuable data analysis. We will work with you to determine your customized needs and create two reports for your database.
• Accounting Reports - This feature allows you to know exactly how many additions, changes, and deletes you or your other user has made in a time period. This helps you to see how much productivity you had in your database over the course of a date range you specify.

• Complete Green package one-time setup fee:  $260
• Quarterly maintenance:  $50 (less than $17 per month)

• Record deletions and changes: 5 cents each
