One of the work sharing programs that was implemented by the United States Postage Services is the discount for destination entry.  This offers your the mailer discounts on postage because we transport the mail to a location that is closer to the final destination of the mail being entered.

Benefits to You

• Save postage money - By entering mail in Sectional Center Facility-SCF, Bulk Mail Center-BMC, or DDU entries throughout the country you save money on each piece of mail.
• Control final delivery of the mail - You can pinpoint final delivery to the recipient within a two to three day window when we drop the mail at the SCF.
• Expedite overall delivery - The USPS can hold mail for up to 72 hours at each point along the way.  Mail destined for New York from Tacoma, WA may take two full weeks to arrive. We can cut that time in half by trucking it to New York and entering it directly.

How does it work?

• We analyze your mailing file(s) and determine if you meet the minimum amount to justify third party shipping.  If you do, we take care of the rest for you. We won't PVDS your job unless it can be financially justified. Some clients elect to drop ship just to increase and control delivery time regardless of postage loss/savings.
• Your mail is prepared for the class of mailing desired.
• Your mail is verified and postage is paid at the mailers permit city.
• We arrange shipment to the destination entry points.
• We prepare all the appropriate USPS paperwork.
